WinOMania review, from the licence to your payout
WinOMania is a casino-only site, licensed by the Gambling Commission and run by Anakatech Interactive Limited. Its terms say it serves only people located in the UK. Withdrawals are processed within 2 business days once any documents are in, with no WinOMania fee. Its welcome, WINO100, matches a first deposit from £10 at 100%, up to £50, and adds 50 spins, with the bonus and the spins’ winnings each wagered 10 times on a 2-day clock, and no more than 3 times the bonus can be cashed out. Two things to weigh before you deposit: its published terms set no withdrawal minimum or maximum, and your balance isn’t protected if the company goes under.
Read from WinOMania’s own policy site, its landing page and the Gambling Commission register, without opening an account or staking anything.

What do WinOMania’s key terms mean for you?

| Term | What WinOMania’s documents set | Where that leaves you |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Malta company (C 61918), under a Gambling Commission remote casino licence held since 23 November 2017. The register showed no regulatory action against the company in September 2026; public statements stay online for 3 years. | A British licence: GAMSTOP, the Commission’s 10x cap on bonus wagering and a named dispute service all apply. |
| Who can join | Its User Agreement serves only users located in the UK; www.winomania.co.uk is the one WinOMania address on the register. | Play from the UK, on that address only. |
| Welcome offer (WINO100) | A first deposit from £10 matched 100%, up to £50, plus 50 spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p each. | The spins are £5 of stakes; the bonus and their winnings both carry wagering (next row). |
| Wagering | 10x on the bonus and 10x on the spins’ winnings, each to be wagered within 2 days of being given; the spins themselves within 2 days of the deposit. The offer counts £1 of each bet; the general bonus terms count £2 and say they take precedence. | Bets of £1 or less satisfy both limits. |
| Cash-out caps | At most 3 times the bonus can be converted to cash. Spin winnings: £50 on the offer page, £100 in the landing-page terms. | Ask which spin cap applies before the spins are played. |
| Where bonus money plays | WINO100: non-jackpot slots and scratch games outside the excluded list. Unless an offer says otherwise, other bonuses count slots 100%, roulette 20%, blackjack and poker 10%. | Table games barely move a wagering total. |
| Deposits | Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and Neosurf; no credit cards. £10 minimum for WINO100. | Your bank statement may name Anakatech Interactive Limited or a sister brand, not WinOMania. |
| Withdrawals | By bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill or Neteller; handled within 2 business days of a request once any documents or IBAN asked for are in. The transfer can then take several days. | Count the payment method’s time on top of the 2 business days. |
| Withdrawal limits and fees | No minimum or maximum in WinOMania’s published terms. No WinOMania fee; a bank or payment processor may charge. | Ask for the limits on your method before a first deposit. |
| Identity checks | Photo ID, the front and back of the debit card used (middle 8 digits and the security code covered) and a recent address document (3 months old at most); the agreement can also ask about income, source of funds and a selfie. | Sending requested documents promptly can cut delays; a payout still waits for checks to finish. |
| Your balance | Held separately but not protected if the company becomes insolvent. After a first real-money deposit, 12 months with no login (for a reason other than self-exclusion) makes the account dormant; no fees are charged. | Keep only what you’re playing with in the account. |
| Complaints | Live chat or support@winomania.co.uk; resolution aimed for within 4 weeks, the final answer due by week 8, then ADR Group. | The steps are further down this page. |
| Software, devices and help | Games software from Anakatech Limited (British Virgin Islands), which holds its own Commission software licence. No download needed: the FAQ says you log in through a phone or computer browser. The contact page promises help around the clock, yet its live chat box pops up only while chat is being offered. | If the chat box isn’t showing, email support@winomania.co.uk instead. |

Is WinOMania only for UK players, and who runs it?
Yes, and only from there: its lobby turns visitors from elsewhere away with a restricted-countries notice. Its User Agreement makes your contract with Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Malta-registered company whose head office the register places in Sofia.
The register lists 10 domains under the licence: WinOMania’s, LuckyMate’s two, and 7 White Label brands such as 7bet and Betnero, all compared on the WinOMania sister sites page. The privacy policy names no separate owner for the WinOMania brand.
One detail doesn’t match, and it doesn’t change who’s responsible: the landing-page footer prints the licence with an -011 ending, where the register and the agreement use -013. Match the domain, not the number, when you check the register.
Six other domains call themselves the official WinOMania site, but they aren’t on the register’s list: winomania.uk.com, winomania.uk.net, winomania-official.uk, winomania-casino-uk.uk, winomaniaonline.co.uk and winomania.co. Three of them print an older licence ending, -007, which proves nothing about who runs them. winomania.com isn’t on the register either: a register search for it returns No results for "winomania.com"
. Type the address yourself rather than trusting a search result.

How much must you bet before the welcome pays out?
Wagering is the betting you must place before bonus money turns into withdrawable cash, and WINO100 runs on a short clock. The bonus has to be claimed within 2 days.
Your deposit stays yours: the bonus terms let you take out deposited cash at any time, even with a bonus active. Doing so, though, forfeits every active bonus and anything it has won, so decide before you ask.
Older reviews can describe a welcome that’s since been replaced. Here’s how the archived and current terms compare. The Gambling Commission’s wagering cap took effect on 19 January 2026.
| Term | October 2025 (archived) | Now (offer page of 18/12/2025, terms of 11/06/2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Matched bonus | 100% up to £100 | 100% up to £50 |
| Bonus spins | 100 | 50, on Big Bass Splash |
| Welcome wagering | 40 times | 10 times |
| Default bonus expiry | 30 days | 2 days |

What else can you claim after the welcome?
- Spinomania: daily bonus spins matched to deposits of £40 or more, up to 200 spins, for players with a successful deposit in the last 12 months. The spins have to be claimed and played within that day’s window, their winnings need 10x wagering within 2 days, and no more than £50 of them turns into cash.
- Drops & Wins: a prize drop that Pragmatic Play runs across many casinos, not a WinOMania offer as such.
- Lucky Rush: a Playtech leaderboard promotion whose winnings, its terms say, carry no wagering.

When is a withdrawal paid, and is your balance protected?
WinOMania doesn’t publish a payout time per method, so per-method ranges printed elsewhere aren’t its own figures. It returns money to the method you deposited with where it can. Where a bank can’t take a payout to a card (the agreement names NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland as examples), WinOMania may send it by a verified bank transfer instead. The £10 card and £50 wire minimums some sites repeat come from WinOMania’s banking page of August 2019.
A dormant account’s balance is suspended, not lost: it’s restored after an identity check when you log in or ask support.

How do you set limits or stop at WinOMania?
If you want to stop, choose the licence-wide exclusion and add GAMSTOP too: a WinOMania-only exclusion doesn’t reach LuckyMate, 7bet or the other brands on its licence.
Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years, and WinOMania asks you to choose its reach: this website only, or every brand on Anakatech Interactive Limited’s licence. An emailed request is said to take effect typically within 24 hours, which isn’t a guarantee, so ask for written confirmation of the scope and end date.
For a shorter pause, a Take a Break time-out lasts from 24 hours up to 6 weeks and covers WinOMania only. Deposit limits come daily, weekly or monthly, and a lower one bites at once, where a higher one only counts after 24 hours and your confirmation. The agreement points you to customer services in one clause and the account menu in another, so use whichever works and get the limit confirmed.
You’ll also see a reality-check message after an hour logged in, and WinOMania offers a review of your account activity at least twice a year. It can set limits of its own, too, and you can contest those through support. GAMSTOP is free and reaches every online operator the Commission licenses. How does a complaint reach ADR Group?
- Contact support through live chat, or email support@winomania.co.uk. Keep the acknowledgement and any reference number supplied.
- Allow 4 weeks. WinOMania aims to resolve a complaint in that time.
- Expect a final answer no later than 8 weeks after the complaint. The agreement obliges WinOMania to give one.
- If 8 weeks pass, or the final answer doesn’t settle it, take the complaint to ADR Group, the dispute service the agreement names.
- Keep the terms, offer pages and transaction references the complaint relies on.
